Insulation is one of the most effective ways to keep your home warm and cut your heating bills. External wall insulation can typically save around £260 per year* on your heating bills, with the added benefit of fresh new render added to your home.

The scheme is designed to help improve the quality of people’s homes by making them cheaper to heat and warmer to live in, which also helps the environment. 

The Home Energy Efficiency Programme for Scotland: Areas Based Schemes (HEEPS:ABS), funded by the Scottish Government and run by the local authorities in the south east, offers external wall insulation at a reduced price. Changeworks is working with all six local authorities in the South East of Scotland to deliver their area based schemes.
