Changeworks can offer your clients detailed energy advice, in-depth support around fuel bill and debt issues and advocacy to vulnerable, fuel poor households. 

Our dedicated team of experts can empower householders to be confident in their energy usage whether they have lived in the property for some time, have recently moved in, or are handling a new system in order to better heat their home and prevent avoidable fuel debt.  

Whether over the phone, online or face-to-face during a home visit, our support services can be delivered in a way most appropriate to the client and act as an early intervention approach to tackle fuel poverty.  

The team regularly go out and deliver public engagement activities within communities. This includes attending and running workshops, information stalls, food banks and drop-in surgeries, enabling us to reach some of the most vulnerable members of society who require Changeworks’ expertise and support. 

By building strong partnerships and working with referral organisations, together we can better support householders and maintain their interests in everything that we do.
