We work with social housing partners to ensure they are Energy Efficient Standard for Social Housing (EESSH2) compliant and support them in their compliance reporting.
We can provide data analysis of housing stock for your compliance reporting and will make tailored recommendations on how you can meet standards.

Through more detailed evaluation of your key archetypes, we can also help build a concise business case towards net zero delivery which can then help your housing stock go beyond EESSH2 and Reduced Data SAP (RdSAP) based Energy Performance Certificates (EPC).
