Developing Local Heat and Energy Efficiency Strategies (LHEES)

At Changeworks, we’ve got a long track record of developing standard methodologies and guiding partners through every round of Local Heat and Energy Efficiency Strategies (LHEES) pilots. 

We’ve been supporting local authorities to develop their LHEES since 2017.

Our expert team will be with you every step of the way to advise and provide detailed analysis on policy and data to make sure you’re on track with the process. When it comes to developing your strategy, we’ll be on hand from research, zoning and mapping, and stakeholder engagement, all the way through to the development of the delivery plan. 

As well as helping you to develop the strategy, our Programme Management function is on hand to deliver projects.
