Around half of Scotland’s homes currently don’t meet the basic EPC C rating for energy efficiency, which means there is an urgent need to accelerate decarbonisation.
Changeworks works in partnership to deliver large scale retrofit programmes, as well as a number of energy efficiency and low-carbon heat projects, and is the largest delivery agent of Energy Efficient Scotland: Area Based Schemes (EES:ABS).
We are a member of Scotland Excel’s Energy Efficiency Contractors framework: 1320 and Energy Efficiency advice, as well as Procurement for Housing’s frameworks for Net Zero Consultancy and Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH2).
Our work and servicing of contractor frameworks ensures this work can be carried out efficiently and effectively.

EcoCosi focusses on whole house retrofit and delivers a variety of energy efficiency measures, from installing loft insulation and renewable energy systems to heating system upgrades.
