Carbon reduction advice and behaviour change

The Scottish Government aims to cut carbon emissions by at least 42% of their 1990 levels by 2020 and 80% by 2050. To achieve this, everyone is urged to play their part:

  • In reducing emissions from transport, housing, business and other sources
  • To improve waste management and recycling, and where possible
  • To install renewable sources of energy.

We offer specialist advice, project management and bespoke training to help individuals and organisations to minimise their carbon footprint (emissions) at home, at work and on the road.

We are also part of the Local Energy Scotland consortium which helps communities and rural businesses develop and fund renewable energy schemes. Renewables may also be referred to as micro generation or low-carbon technology.
