Changeworks has won a place on a Scotland Excel's renewed national energy efficiency framework, enabling us to further our support to local authorities and housing associations to improve the energy efficiency of their housing stock and reduce carbon emissions.
Scotland Excel's Energy Efficiency Framework serves to support councils and housing associations cut carbon emissions, tackle fuel poverty and create warmer homes.
Changeworks has secured a place as a Managing Agent, bringing to the table extensive experience in delivering large scale energy efficiency retrofit and low carbon heat projects and programmes across Scotland. We will offer wide-ranging support, including stock analysis, procurement, programme planning and management, quality assurance, tenant support and monitoring and evaluation across the country.
The framework will last for four years and has an expected value of £800m. It will be a vital tool for local authorities and housing associations, and will play a key part in achieving the Scottish Government's aim for all buildings in Scotland to be warmer, more efficient and reach zero emissions by 2045.
