Liz Partington, Changeworks’ Operations Director said, “We’re delighted at being recognised as a cycle friendly employer. Sustainable travel is very much part of our way of working at Changeworks. Many of our staff are active cyclists but they’re also great supporters of initiatives which encourage cycling in the workplace, be it arranging road safety awareness and bike maintenance sessions or shaping our bike storage and staff shower facilities.”
The nationally recognised Cycle Friendly Employer award is for Scottish organisations committed to increasing cycling. Changeworks also holds international environmental management accreditation ISO 14001, Investor in People and Investing in Volunteers national standards.
