How much does EcoCosi cost?
We’ll look at the typical costs for each stage of your retrofit, as well as funding options.

On this page we’ve set out the costs associated with each level of our EcoCosi service. If you want to find out more about the average costs for specific retrofit measures, check out our How much does a retrofit cost page.
There are costs for each phase of the EcoCosi service. The typical costs are as follows:
Engagement and assessment
£900-£1,200+VAT
This stage includes your in-depth Home Assessment and Whole House Plan. The exact cost will vary depending on the size and complexity of your property.
Plan and Connect
£250+VAT
This is a fixed fee based on the services provided. It includes the finalisation of your retrofit, as well as connecting you with our trusted installer network.
Transformation
This will be a calculated, fixed fee, based on the measures and scale of works.
£1,750+VAT for projects up to £20,999
£1,750 + £100 per £1,000 installation cost + VAT for projects above £20,999.
This stage includes our project management services, Quality Assurance process, and Post-installation support.
Retrofit funding
There are lots of funding options to help you achieve your retrofit. If required, EcoCosi can sign-post you to financial support. Our Retrofit grants and funding section has lots of information on the available funds.
