EcoCosi offers an end-to-end service which takes a whole-house, fabric-first approach to your retrofit.

Your retrofit journey takes place over three stages. Marc Brammer, our Senior Retrofit Coordinator, explains them below.

1. Engagement and Assessment 

The Engagement and Assessment stage is all about creating a retrofit that’s tailored to your individual home.

Rather than focussing on out-of-the-box solutions, we believe your retrofit service should be as bespoke as possible. That way, we can ensure your home’s energy efficiency requirements are met.

To deliver an effective retrofit, we first conduct an in-depth home assessment and produce a whole house plan.

2. Plan and Connect 

Your Retrofit Coordinator will go over the whole house plan with you. Once you decide what work you’d like to progress with, we’ll organise a timeline of installations that works for you.

We’ll connect you to our database of pre-vetted contractors. These are trusted partners with the relevant qualifications and experience to install the measures you have chosen for your home.

3. Transformation 

We’ll provide support throughout the retrofit installation, ensuring you achieve a satisfactory result.

This part of the service also includes quality assurance and post-installation support.
