Funding your EcoCosi retrofit
We’ll look at the typical costs for each stage of your retrofit, as well as funding options.

This page explains the typical costs at each stage of your EcoCosi journey and signposts the funding options and financial advice available to help make your retrofit achievable.
We’ll outline:

The three stages of EcoCosi
EcoCosi offers an end-to-end service which takes a whole-house, fabric-first approach to your retrofit across three different stages. These are explained below.
Engagement and assessment
- Houses – £900-£1,500+VAT
- Flats – £500-£800+VAT
This stage includes your in-depth Home Assessment and Whole Home Plan. The exact cost will vary depending on the size and complexity of your property.
Plan and Connect
£250+VAT
This is a fixed fee based on the services provided. It includes the finalisation of your retrofit, as well as connecting you with our trusted installer network.
Transformation
This will be a calculated, fixed fee, based on the measures and scale of works.
£2,000+VAT for projects up to £20,999
£2,000 + £100 per £1,000 installation cost + VAT for projects above £20,999.
This stage includes our project facilitation services, Quality Assurance process, and post-installation support.
Funding and grants for retrofit
There are a number of home efficiency grants and schemes that can help you to fund upgrades to your home, helping it to stay warmer for longer. What you are eligible for can often depend on your financial circumstances and where you live.
