Funding your EcoCosi retrofit

The three stages of EcoCosi

EcoCosi offers an end-to-end service which takes a whole-house, fabric-first approach to your retrofit across three different stages. These are explained below.

Stage 1: Discover how to transform your home

Cost: £0-1,450

We look at creating a retrofit that’s tailored to your home. Rather than focussing on out-of-the-box solutions, we believe your retrofit should be as bespoke as possible to ensure your home’s energy efficiency requirements are met. There are several options available to you at this stage to suit your budget.

Stage 2: Connect with our trusted installers

Cost: £300-£1,000

Once you have your retrofit plan in place, you’ll need the right people to carry out the work on your home. Here we can you have the option to use pre-vetted contractors from our trusted network database. Our team is also on hand to project manage your quotes and attend surveys.

Stage 3: Project support and quality assurance

Cost: 10% of total final installation costs + VAT. Our minimum fee being £2,400 (incl. VAT).

Now the work is underway on your home, our in-house expert assessors are available to you to provide support throughout the retrofit installation, visiting your home to ensure the work is being carried out to the highest of standards.

Funding and grants for retrofit

There are a number of home efficiency grants and schemes that can help you to fund upgrades to your home, helping it to stay warmer for longer. What you are eligible for can often depend on your financial circumstances and where you live.
