Changeworks and the EFQM Award
Changeworks was awarded EFQM Committed to Excellence (2 Star) in 2017, at the Scottish Awards for Business Excellence.
The framework supports us to continue developing a culture of excellence, driving innovation and improving results. EFQM incorporates the 'RADAR' approach to planning, doing and reviewing (which stands for Results, Approach, Deployment, Assess and Refine). We use RADAR to make sure there's quality, consistency, and continuous improvement in everything we do. This supports our work fighting fuel poverty, helping householders keep warm and delivering services to reduce Scotland’s impact on the environment.

As an environmental charity working to encourage low carbon living, supporting our employees to choose sustainable, low carbon transport options is essential.
Not only is this good for our carbon footprint, it’s great for the health and wellbeing of our staff. Travelling by bike saves on transport costs, cuts congestion, and supports a happy, productive workforce.
