Alex Kantor is a technology leader with over 15 years’ experience building and scaling teams in regulated sectors, including leading delivery, compliance and governance functions in AI, fintech and enterprise environments.
He currently serves as Director of Technology at Kosli, where his team helps enterprise organisations in financial services improve software governance automation – especially in this age of AI. Before joining Kosli, Alex worked for UK payments fintech company Modulr, helping grow its technology function into a large multidisciplinary team covering engineering, security, infrastructure and service delivery. Throughout his career, Alex has developed deep expertise in technology governance, AI and compliance, alongside building high-performing teams.
