Claire Rampen is a climate technology commercialisation and innovation specialist with over 13 years’ experience. Her expertise includes taking low‑carbon solutions from idea to market, across infrastructure and global partnerships. Working across Europe, North America and Latin America, she has supported organisations ranging from start-ups and scale-ups through to international corporates.
Claire founded a circular economy venture, leading it from concept to commercial contracts with global companies. She is currently a PhD researcher at the University of Strathclyde, focusing on supply chain decarbonisation, and as a Principal Consultant at First Matter has worked with initiatives including The Earthshot Prize and the New York Climate Exchange.
Claire’s experience turning innovative climate solutions into real-world impact will strengthen Changeworks’ work to reduce carbon emissions, tackle fuel poverty and support a just transition to net zero.
