Privacy Notice:

Changeworks will process your personal data to contact you with tailored energy support and advice. We will also contact you with a customer satisfaction survey shortly after you use our service.  This may include: name, address and household information or contact information. We will share anonymised data for reporting purposes with the project funder, OVO, and it may also be shared with auditors or research partners. We will ask about your health and ethnicity data for referrals and anonymised reporting purposes. This project is expected to run until 31st of March 2026 and your personal information will be held six months after the project end, to allow for monitoring and evaluation. After this it will be anonymised. This data is being collected with your consent. We will only process health and ethnicity data with your explicit consent.

How do you want to be contacted in the future?

To provide the additional information/referrals you have requested and collect information on your progress, we need to be able to contact you. This may also involve a follow-up questionnaire after the project end.

Warm Packs provide small energy efficiency measures to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria. Orders come from the supplier GTI Direct. For information on how GTI Direct handles personal data, please see their privacy policy on their website. Packs are sent by tracked Royal Mail delivery.
