Changeworks has published advice on what to do if your gas or electricity supplier goes bust. This is in response to increased concerns and questions from service users and media coverage on energy suppliers getting into difficulty due to rising gas prices.

Help is also available through Changeworks Affordable Warmth Services team. Their friendly expert advisors can help people having difficulties with high electricity or gas bills, billing issues, supplier problems, and accessing emergency funds.
