Changeworks and the Centre for Sustainable Energy will process your personal data to deliver your home survey. 

The personal data we process includes your name, contact details, address, and payment information. This information is used so to complete and deliver the home survey and to process any associated payments. You will be contacted by Centre for Sustainable Energy after your home survey for an evaluation survey on our service.  

Retention Periods 

Changeworks will retain data relating to your purchase record and contract for a period of up to 7 years. We will hold your contact details for 1 year after the end of service delivery. 

Centre for sustainable Energy will retain your information for 1 year after the end of the project. At this time, all non-anonymised data will be destroyed 

Lawful basis for processing 

We process your personal data on the following lawful bases: 

• Contract – to fulfil our contract with you and deliver the home survey 

• Legal obligation – to comply with financial regulations when processing payment information 

Data sharing

We share payment information with Stripe to process payments. Stripe retains this data for up to 7 years in line with their legal obligations. 

Our funders and auditors may also require access to relevant records. Where possible, information will be anonymised before sharing. We will not share your personal data with any other third parties without your consent, unless we are legally required to do so.
