Changeworks services
There are two ways you can contact us:
Online form
The quickest way to get in touch with us is to fill out our online feedback form. This should be only take 1-2 minutes.
Telephone
You can feedback via phone by getting in touch with the team who dealt with your matter.
Call 0131 555 4010 and select the team you require.
What happens after I’ve made contact?
If you used our online form, you will receive an automated acknowledgement. If you got in touch another way, we will acknowledge your feedback within two working days.
If a resolution is required, we will respond to your feedback within five working days with next steps. We will keep you updated and let you know if more time or more information is needed to resolve your issue.
How Changeworks has handled your personal information
We commit to handling your personal information responsibly and in line with UK Data Protection legislation. If you have a complaint relating to the handling of your personal data this should be made via our online form.
We will respond within 30 days.
If you are still unhappy after this point, you can complain to the Information Commissioners Office.
