An advisor will be in touch with the client as soon as possible within two working weeks on receipt of the details.

Changeworks will securely collect, process, and store personal data you provide. We do this to help you with your energy matters, provide energy-related information in the future and conduct research on these topics. This information will be held for up to 2 years, after which your case will be anonymised. Our funders and auditors may also require access to our records, which will be anonymised where possible.
