What is the Whole Home survey and Plan?

All retrofits need to start with a plan. Our EcoCosi service makes sure you get the plan that’s right for your home.

Home Survey

First, our expert assessor carries out an in-depth survey of your home’s fabric and heating system. This helps them gain a detailed understanding of your home, including its current level of energy efficiency.

You’ll also have a consultation with our Retrofit Coordinator, so that we can understand exactly what you want to achieve by the end of your retrofit journey.

Whole Home Plan

Using everything we’ve learned from the survey and consultation, we create a Whole Home Plan. The plan outlines all possible energy efficiency upgrades for your home. To help you narrow your choices, it also highlights which measures will yield the biggest improvements to your home’s energy efficiency. This can be helpful when you’re deciding what work you would like to progress with.

Get the Whole Home survey and Plan for half price

Between 1 June to 31 August 2025, you can get the Whole Home Survey and Plan package for half price.

Normally, the Whole Home Survey and Plan costs are as follows:

  • The cost for a house is £800 – £1,500 + VAT.
  • The cost for a flat is £500 – £800 + VAT.

Between 1 June and 31 August, Whole Home Survey and Plan costs will reduce to:

  • The cost for a house: £450 – £600 + VAT
  • The cost for a flat: £250 – £400 + VAT

Surveys must be booked, paid for and carried out between 1 June and 31 August 2025.

Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1. These Promotion Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Terms and Conditions for the Supply and Delivery of the Whole Home Survey, contained within contract Order Form and Schedule and they are binding upon you.

1.2. From time-to-time EcoCosi from Changeworks (EcoCosi) will run promotions.

1.3. Only one promotion offer can be used per order. A promotion may not be used in combination with other promotions except where specified.

1.4. Excluded products will not count towards any qualifying conditions for offers and will not benefit from any promotional discount.

1.5. All promotions are subject to booking availability. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time.

1.6. We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

2. Discounts

2.1. Where an offer states that a discount is given on a purchase up to a stated percentage, the discount given will only be applicable to qualifying service and the percentage of discount given will vary between qualifying services.

2.2. Refunds for services purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.
