Since 2008, we have delivered targeted, engaging and effective training to over 6,000 employees across a number of public, private and third sector organisations.

Regular clients include Historic Scotland, Fife Council and the City of Edinburgh Council.

If you require general awareness-raising, our experienced trainers can deliver one to three enjoyable and informative sessions a day, depending on your needs. Group sizes of up to 30 mean the training is cost effective and gives employees a shared understanding of more efficient energy use and raised awareness of climate change.

More specialist project officers, ‘green champions’ and managers tasked with bringing about behaviour change may need more in-depth training in smaller groups to understand and implement the latest behaviour change theory, communicate climate change effectively and to engage confidently with colleagues and in the community.

Popular topics

  • Behaviour change theory including the Scottish Government’s ISM model (Individual, Social and Material)

"We chose Changeworks because of their undoubted passion for the huge task of training 4,000 people. We've been impressed with the dynamism of the trainers and the course they deliver."
