This survey examines the likelihood of all Scottish Housing Association stock being compliant with the Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH) by 2020. Specifically, it seeks a better understanding of current levels of compliance, planning in place and progress, barriers to compliance and associated solutions.
