Moray Council and Changeworks are working together to invest in council-owned homes in Moray by improving their energy efficiency. Selected tenants across Moray will be eligible to register their interest for the project and receive technology such as solar panels and air source heat pumps, worth up to £20,000, free of charge*. These measures should help reduce the cost of tenants’ energy bills, as well as reducing the carbon emissions of their home.

The project is funded by Moray Council and grant funding from the Scottish Government’s Social Housing Net Zero Heat Fund. The aim of these projects is to help reduce fuel poverty, carbon emissions and heat loss from homes and help householders to save money on energy bills.

Eligible tenants will receive a letter in the post from Moray Council and Changeworks. If you would like to find out more about the project, please call Changeworks on 0131 539 8603.
