We’re looking into face to face fuel poverty advice services in Scotland. This research has been commissioned by the Consumer Futures Unit (CFU) team at Citizens Advice Scotland (CAS) to help inform policy development in Scotland and will identify the range of services currently available, their working arrangements, how projects are being evaluated and their outcomes. It also aims to provide benchmarks and best practice recommendations. Our work involves a survey, desk-based research, data analysis, mapping and case study work.
