Accelerating Condominium Energy (ACE) Retrofitting was a European Interreg project aiming to increase deep energy retrofit in apartment blocks and tenements by matchmaking the supply side (building industry) with the demand side (condominium owners). Targeting condominiums is key as around 43% of the European population lives in multi-occupancy apartment blocks, which are primarily of low energy performance. Insight from the Changeworks led Low Energy Apartment Futures (LEAF) project, funded via Horizon2020, supported project development and delivery including online toolkit development. Changeworks was integral to development of Strategy Guidelines and Policy Recommendations with a view to realising additional long term impacts. Read the project summary.
This project finished in June 2020 but you can still find useful resources on the ACE website including:

There are a large number of additonal case studes on the website from France, the Netherlands, Germany, Scotland and wider UK.
