Changeworks understands that the workplace now looks a lot difference to what it did at the start of 2020. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected how we all work, and most prominently, where we work.
Changeworks recognises there isn't a 'one-size fits all' approach to new ways of working. However, we're in a position where we must remain business operational which means different teams must work in different ways.
Across Changeworks we have a number of different types of roles that require different working practices. Due to the nature of some roles at Changeworks, some staff are office-based, some are on building sites and others are home-based.
For many staff though, a new 'hybrid' way of working has been adopted, which will see employees in our offices at least one day a week, sometimes more depending on which team they represent.
Flexibility for Changeworks and its staff remains key, and individual circumstances will always be considered. Depending on the role you apply for at Changeworks, our new ways of working policy can be explained to you in more detail upon interview.
This new policy has been driven by Changeworks' working beliefs and understanding the needs of individuals, but also the power of high value face-to-face contact.
