We have an exciting new position for a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager within our Technical Directorate. You will lead on the development and delivery of robust monitoring and evaluation services for energy efficiency and wider projects and programmes within one of Scotland's largest delivery focused organisations. Changeworks' Technical Directorate delivers a broad portfolio of projects including building energy efficiency retrofit, heat decarbonisation and area-based community engagement. By evidencing impact and providing critical insights you will inform the development of ongoing and future delivery. Based within the Consultancy Team, you will also develop an external client base, supporting organisations to monitor and evaluate their energy and broader sustainability projects.
The successful candidate will have an excellent track record of project management, research or monitoring and evaluating complex projects and services. You will be an effective communicator, have an in depth understanding of a range of qualitative and quantitive research techniques and experience of developing evaluation frameworks. Highly organised and with excellent attention to detail, you will also have a creative streak that will allow you to identify solutions, work round problems, identify new areas of work and meet the challenge of a demanding schedule. Above all you will have the curiosity, skills and commitment required to develop insight and an evidence base upon which projects and services can develop in order to achieve greater impacts. The ability to deal with multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a supportive team environment is essential.
