Changeworks delivers the Home Energy Scotland service in the Highlands and Islands and south east Scotland under contracts managed by Energy Saving Trust. 

We are looking for an experienced advisor in the field of home energy and sustainable transport to join our established outreach team. You will have the skills, knowledge and experience to successfully advise householders so that they feel informed and motivated to take action on home energy and sustainable transport, thereby saving carbon and money.

You will understand the concept of impartiality, be committed to delivering high quality customer service, be flexible in your approach and relish adapting to new challenges.

You will have at least one years’ experience advising householders and / or businesses within a customer facing organisation, ideally in the field of energy efficiency, renewable energy and sustainable transport. You will have some experience working with community groups and your excellent technical knowledge and customer engagement skills will help you to provide first class, impartial advice.
