Changeworks’ runs a very successful fuel billing, energy advice and advocacy service for vulnerable householders across East Lothian, Edinburgh and Midlothian, Borders, West Lothian and Highland regions. We are now seeking to recruit additional advisor capacity within the Affordable Warmth Team, to be based at our Inverness office. We are therefore seeking energetic and supportive individuals with a ‘can do’ attitude to deliver affordable warmth advice.
You will be highly organised with excellent written and spoken communication skills and a mature, responsible and client focussed, attitude. An energy or advice providing background is desirable, as is experience of working with disadvantaged people and knowledge of fuel poverty. A driving licence is highly desirable.
