Changeworks’ runs a very successful fuel billing, energy advice and advocacy service for vulnerable householders across East Lothian, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Borders and Highland regions. We are seeking an Administrative Advisor to provide effective and high quality organisational, administrative support to the Affordable Warmth Services Team.
You will be a highly organised and responsible individual, who enjoys working in a varied and flexible role and as part of a team, supporting a busy directorate. You will be a team player, with excellent administrative skills and attention to detail. As the first point of contact for vulnerable clients you should be a confident communicator, with an excellent telephone manner. You will have experience working with databases and IT packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel and as well as experience of minute taking and written communication, working to a high level of accuracy throughout.
We will start to grow your knowledge of services straight away, including training on the topic of energy efficiency advice. Further training in all the relevant operations and tasks will also be provided.
