Get On Yer Bike – Stop Climate Chaos Scotland

Scotland is committed to the Scottish Climate Change Act, and the SCCS is asking for help this January. Unless transport emissions are reduced Scotland will not be able to reach its 42% emissions reductions set for 2020. SCCS is concerned that support for sustainable transport is crucial toward this goal and the Scottish Government’s stance on this subject needs to be altered before spending plans are finalised. They are encouraging as many people as possible to come along (not exclusively on bikes) and make a show of support for sustainable transport funding.
