We talk rubbish – and schools love it!

Changeworks’ Waste Education Service for Schools offers FREE talks and workshops for primary schools in Edinburgh, which really make a difference.

Our flexible service can be booked for a full, half day or just one workshop. To find out what we offer look over our activity menu below then book your visit by emailing or calling us and we will send you out a booking form straight away!

Here is a brief idea of what we do, look at the activity menu for more details:

• Finish Your Food: 25-minute whole school talk and a lunch follow up 2 weeks later.  
• Zero Waste Hero Training: 45 minute workshop, Power Pack included. 
• Composting Canny: 20-minute whole school talk. 
• Compost in-a-bottle Workshop: 1 hour workshop for P3 – P5.
• Three R’s whole school assembly: 25-minute interactive presentation. 
• Paper Making Workshop:  1 hour workshop P1 – P7. 
• Paper Raid Workshop:  1 hour workshop P4 – P7.  
• Waste Audit:  A practical sorting and weighing workshop lasting 90 minutes.
