The types of surveys and reports we provide

Click on each survey type for more information on what they cover and how they can be used.

  • Detailed energy National Home Energy Rating (NHER) and Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) surveys
  • Field energy surveys or data processing from house condition surveys
  • Detailed reports on housing stock, with recommendations on improving energy efficiency, including estimates of the cost of carrying out measures and the estimated payback period.
  • Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) can be included at a competitive price as part of more detailed survey services.
