Changeworks has also recently been commissioned by the Scottish Parliament to assist with staff engagement and offer behaviour change support to the Parliament's RACE (Real Action on Carbon Emissions) team, and are currently advising (South East) Energy Saving Scotland advice centre staff on how to use the latest insights from behaviour change to improve their engagements with the public.
