WASTE IN YOUR COMMUNITY
Help us make a difference
We can work with your community group to get people in your area 'Reducing, Reusing and Recycling' by minimising food waste, increasing the uptake of real nappies, donating more to charity shops and getting their compost tip top.
See our waste prevention projects page for more information. With your knowledge of the local community, we would also really value your ideas on promoting our projects and preventing waste in your area.
Let us come to you
Our team of Zero Waste Scotland Volunteers can attend events and deliver talks and workshops to community groups giving information and advice on the following waste prevention campaigns:
We can also address your composting queries and offer a free home visit service to give advice on how to get the most out of your compost bin.
