Make the most of your EPC
Energy Performance Certificates are mandatory but Changeworks can offer a range of additional services to help you make energy efficiency improvements to your properties based on the results of your EPCs. We can:
- Refer you to our Energy Saving Scotland advice centre to discuss grants for energy saving improvements
- Complete a Carbon Emissions Reduction Target (CERT) checklist on your behalf to identify opportunities for potential grants and funding
- Collect Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS) energy data at the time of the survey and run a compliance check for the energy component of the standard
- Identify incentives and opportunities to install renewable energy technologies through the Energy Saving Scotland advice centre
- Develop innovative projects to improve your overall stock - have a look at our Publications for examples of some our previous projects
